John B. Steiger of Wealth Planning Resources, LLC Honored Third Year in a Row in Financial Times Top 401 Retirement Advisers List

Steiger, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™, ChFC ®, AIF ®, AEP has been named for the third year in a row to the Financial Times Top 401 Retirement Advisers list for 2018. The fourth annual list, produced independently by the Financial Times in collaboration with Ignites Research, was recently published in a special section of the newspaper’s U.S. edition, as well as on ft.com.
The Financial Times 401 Top Retirement Advisers is an independent listing produced annually by the Financial Times. The list is based on data gathered from advisors, regulatory disclosures, and Financial Times research. It reflects each advisor’s status in seven primary areas: defined contribution (DC) plan assets under management, DC plan business growth rate, specialization in DC business, years of experience, advanced industry credentials, compliance record, and DC plan participation rate.*
John is a 1991 graduate of the University of Vermont. He started his practice, Wealth Planning Resources, in 1993 after spending a year and a half at Fidelity Investments. He holds his Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM designations and serves on Commonwealth Financial Network®’s Retirement Advisors Council.
John and his firm works with closely held businesses, professional firms, and individuals in the development of their retirement plans, wealth management strategies, and estate plans.
John has conducted seminars on corporate retirement strategies, financial planning, and wealth conservation in various industry associations and large corporations. He has been published in The Boston Business Journal and recently appeared on Radio Entrepreneurs. He also recently spoke at The 2018 Remodelers Summit.
